Registration, Placement and Payment

Camp Registration:

  • The on-line application process is open. After reviewing the Registration and Camp Placement information below Click this link to for the online registration form.
  • After completing the application, and submitting it, you will receive an email confirmation confirming its receipt by the Camp.  If you don’t receive this confirmation, please check your SPAM folder before sending an email to: Bev@imaginethatsummercamp.com. Camp staff will contact you and confirm if the application was received or not.
  • Friend request: The online registration offers a line item for a friend request. We will do our best to accommodate requests, however, cannot guarantee placement together.

Camp Placement

  • Camp placement will begin on March 1, 2024, at 12:01 a.m.  
  • Applications will be processed based on random selection.
  • Campers will be placed in 1stor 2nd choice based on availability until all spots are filled.
  • If camper’s 1stand 2nd request are not available at the time of processing application, you will receive a phone call or email offering camp alternative openings and/or waitlists. 
  • Confirmed Camp Placements including the Campers’ schedule and monies owed, will be sent by email within a week after processing the application. Again, if you do not receive the confirmation, please check your SPAM folder before sending an email to: Bev@imaginethatsummercamp.com.
  • Payment should be made within 5 days of receiving confirmation to secure your campers’ spot.
  • We accept payment by Zelle or credit card.  Payment instructions will be included with the E-mail confirmation.
