How do I communicate with camp?

Best way before the start of camp is by email: Bev@imaginethatsummercamp.com

  • Insure we have a good email address for you!
  • Please check your email regularly, as that is the way we communicate with you before camp starts.
  • Check your SPAM folder for any missed camp emails.
  • When submitting a registration form, please check your email for accuracy.

Who do I pay?

  • All camp charges, using Zelle or credit card, are due within 5 business days after camp placement confirmation is sent.

 

 

Can I get a refund?

  • The seasonal nature of the Camp precludes any refund, or reduction for late or non-arrival, early withdrawal, or student cancellation for any cause. Students sent home in violation of camp rules, for medical reasons, or at the discretion of the family, or Imagine That! Summer Camp staff will receive no refund. However, if an individual camp is closed due to small enrollment, all fees related to that camp will be refunded.

 

 

What if my child’s camp is filled when you receive the registration?

  • If 1st or 2nd choices are not available, you will receive a notification via phone or email with available options.

 

 

What if I want my child to be with a friend?

  • We try to honor friend requests but are unable to guarantee placement together.

 

 

How do I know the room number of my child’s camp? 

  • A camp map and parent letter will be sent the last week of May via email, providing that information.

 

Is there early care available for the 5 weeks of camp?

  • No, but we do offer a one-hour JUMP START class that is available from 8-9:00. Sorry, no drop ins.

 

 

If I sign up for lunchbunch, will a hot lunch be provided? No, but….

  • Campers may sign up for lunchbunch (from 12:00 -1:00) by session, or by signing up daily.
  • Campers eat with morning camp friends.
  • Campers provide their own lunch with a cold pack as lunches are not refrigerated.

 

We are a NUT FREE campus: no nuts, including hazelnuts or allowed.
