How do I communicate with camp?
Best way before camp starts is by email: Bev@imaginethatsummercamp.com
- Insure we have a good email address for you!
- Please check your email regularly, as that is the way we communicate with you before camp starts.
- Check your SPAM folder for any missed camp emails.
- When submitting a registration form, please check your email for accuracy.

- Email Bev@imaginethatsummercamp.com. Emails will be returned after camp hours.
Who do I pay?
All camp charges are due within 5 business days after notice of the camp placement and can be made by either check or Zelle. The camp does not accept payment by credit card or PayPal. If paying by check, please make the check payable to: The Imagine That Summer Camp. A payment plan is available upon request: contact Bev for details at email@example.com .
Can I get a refund?
The seasonal nature of the Camp precludes any refund, or reduction for late or non-arrival, early withdrawal, or student cancellation for any cause. Students sent home in violation of our rules, for medical reasons, or at the discretion of the family, or Imagine That! Summer Camp staff will receive no refund. However, if an individual camp is closed due to small enrollment, all fees will be refunded.
What if my child’s camp is filled when you receive the registration?
We ask if you have a 1st & 2nd choice, that you list both for each session that you enroll. In addition, please review the Registration Information page in our packet.
What if I want my child to be with a friend?
We try to honor friend requests. Please read the Registration Information page for complete information about this process.
How do I know the room number of my child’s camp?
During the last week in May, a campus map and parent letter will be sent out to you via email as well as camp room assignments. Camp room assignments will also be posted at camp.
Is there early care available for the 5 weeks of camp?
No, but we do offer a one-hour class for those who want a jump start on their day from 8-9:00.
If I sign up for lunchbunch, will a hot lunch be provided?
No, but there is an optional lunchbunch program available for one hour for a nominal charge where campers bring a sack lunch with cold pack and eat with morning camp friends. We do not refrigerate lunches. Due to numerous nut allergies, no peanut butter or nuts please!!!
