Age:        Campers MUST be 4 by June

Cost:       Session I $325.00 (3 weeks M-Th) and Session II $275.00 (2 weeks M-Th)

5 weeks of activities with Teacher Burmie and Teacher Diane. Come join our classroom where kids learn the basics of cooking and have a whole lot of fun.  We will explore how mathematics, science, literature, and art are incorporated into cooking to create yummy treats. Mix a dash of science and you create Thunder Cake or read the tale of Seven Silly Eaters and bake banana bread with homemade butter!  Or read The Very Hungry Caterpillar and create fruit pizza! Both sessions are filled with stories galore, brought to life in science, art and cooking activities! What fun! Teacher Bernie Rierson is a loved substitute teacher at PVUMC preschool and previous Pre-K teacher for several years at Sequoya Elementary. Teacher Diane O’Connell teaches Baker’s Sense, an afternoon enrichment class, at PVUMC preschool and a past teacher in our Jr. K classroom at PVUMC Preschool.  Both great camp teachers extraordinaire!
