AMERICAN GIRL DOLL

Age: 5 & 6 years old
Cost: $300.00 Per Session
Session I: Travel back in time: In this fun and hands-on summer camp, campers will explore what life was like for American girls from 1764-1944 through beloved historical dolls including Kaya, Felicity, Josefina, Kirsten, Samantha, Rebecca, Kit and Molly Each day will be filled with crafting, baking, creating, and imaginative play as campers discover how clothing, chores, school, and daily life have changed over the past two centuries. History comes to life as campers learn through stories, games, and creativity! Campers are encouraged to bring a doll from home for plenty of open-ended play and fun. (The doll does not need to be an American Girl doll)
Session II: Explore the modern era! In this exciting second session of American Girl camp, campers will travel through time from 1964-2026, discovering what life has been like for American girls in the late 20th and 21st centuries. Using dolls such as Melody, Julie, Courtney, Nicki, Isabel, Kavi, Lita, Summer, and Raquel, campers will learn how culture, fashion, music, and technology have changed over time. Just like Session 1, campers will enjoy plenty of crafting, creating, hair styling and imaginative play while learning about history in a hands-on, engaging way. This session celebrates self-expression, creativity, and how girls’ voices continue to shape the world today.
