Children will be filled with wonder as we bring MaryAnn Kohl and Jean Potter’s popular book, Science Arts, to life! We will explore different art techniques, mediums, and how science can create art. We will experiment with melting salt ice, color mixing, making our version of silly putty, bubble paints, creating shadow art, making sun prints, and so much more! We will use our senses to experience the world of science and art. Don’t forget to dress for mess! Shelbi Olin, the lead teacher of the young 3’s class at PVUMC Preschool, heads up this very messy, fun camp! Teacher Sarah Bindy-Davila, the lead teacher of PVUMC Preschool’s older 3’s program, will join us Shelbi.
